As orders increased, Urban Eats invested in a commercial kitchen to ensure consistent quality and food safety. We developed a standardized menu planning process that rotates seasonal ingredients and accommodates dietary preferences. Delivery logistics were optimized using route planning software, allowing us to cover more neighborhoods with on-time arrivals. Customer feedback loops were established to continuously improve portion sizes, packaging, and flavor profiles. Our team grew from a single cook and a driver to a coordinated group of chefs, nutritionists, and logistics coordinators. This infrastructure allowed us to scale from serving a few dozen meals per week to several hundred per day.
